Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Every team brings its own mops, cloths, vacuum and cleaning products. Tell us when you book if you'd like us to use yours, or if anyone at home has allergies.
Do I need to be home?
Not if you'd rather not be. Many clients leave a key with security or a neighbour. We confirm arrival and finish on WhatsApp, with photos.
Who will clean my home?
A team of two or three from our own staff. Every cleaner has a verified ID, a guarantor and references, and is trained by us before working alone.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours. We come back and re-clean that area at no charge.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer after the clean, or by card on a payment link. Regular plans are invoiced monthly.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Later changes may carry a ₦5,000 call-out fee.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. Office cleaning is priced by floor area and frequency after a short visit. Send us your address and we'll arrange it.
Is there a minimum booking?
The smallest booking is a standard clean of a studio flat.
